Iris Lay - Director
Iris is a seasoned expert with over 20 years experience in investment banking and hedge funds. Her range of expertise spans across many different asset classes, quantitative development for systematic trading, and data management. A PhD in Distributed Systems from University College London, complements her problem-solving skills, benefiting both team-based projects and individual portfolio managers. Additionally, she provides strategic consultancy, for several industries, leveraging her deep industry insights. Earlier in her career, she contributed to financial development in St. Lucia, managing the installation of a government financial system and playing a pivotal role in establishing the island's financial services sector.
Aderlee Lay - Director
A professional with a solid foundation in technical systems solutions and a proven track record in leadership. After earning a first-class degree in Mathematics in 2014, Aderlee quickly advanced to become Head of Systems in a large conglomerate, where he has excelled in designing, developing, and implementing sophisticated systems across diverse industries. His analytical strengths and problem-solving skills have led to the creation of robust, effective solutions completed under high-pressure conditions. Complementing his technical expertise, Aderlee holds a Master’s in Research from King’s College London (2017), adding depth to his understanding of complex systems. In recent years, he has successfully overseen and directed the company’s technical team, leveraging his project management skills to drive strategic outcomes and continuous innovation.
